OUR STORY

About 10 years ago Thomas M Friesner gave up on a career in performing (The Blues Brothers show at Universal Studios Orlando) and began his journey to become a chef. Having already ran a few kitchens in Elkhart (Cricket’s, Start Finish Line) it was time to take things more seriously. Moving back to his roots in Central Florida he started working as a cook at Walt Disney World and very quickly gained the title of Chef. Returning to Indiana a few years later he took on some high profile jobs such as Executive Chef for the South Bend Cubs, Executive Chef Krav, and Sous Chef Four Winds Casino, he decided he wanted to run his own show. Tom wanted to open a small restaurant that offers high flavor for an affordable price. He always believed that it is quality over quantity. The key to success for Tom would be giving people something they had never tasted before.
